Most of us couldn't afford to do that even if we wanted to. Wear those pants just once and the hems will be frayed from scraping on the sidewalk.

I will wear joggers/yoga pants and continue to live in activewear. Ditto for husband. We live in retirement community and everyone dresses the way they want. We dumped dressier clothing, since we now church online.

Women have worn sweaters over their shoulders for many years. Nothing new there. I can't wear jeans that don't have elastic in the waist because my waist is narrow compared to my lower body. And besides that most jeans are for tall women not a five feet one and a half inch senior lady. For years I've had to shorten pants any where from two to five inches and now that I'm a senior lady with arthritis in my hand, holding a needle isn't doable. Thank you for the tips but I'll wear what I have and be comfortable whether stylish or not. At my age being stylish isn't on my radar. God bless.

You couldn’t be more wrong. I’m tall and can’t even buy jeans, the long lengths are way too short for and I’m 5’10”. You can hem your pants but I can’t add on. Be grateful spend the $7 bucks to hem them

Wide leg jeans look awful on anyone! Straight leg is the only classy style of pants. Palazzo pants can look nice for evening if you aren’t overweight. Fabric must be flowy of course
