EKOO! Choir from Sweden, led by Eva Kunda NEIDEK, sings at the Methodist Church in Tsito, Volta Region, in May 2016.
The song in Ewe, about struggles and blessings of life, all to be received from God in prayer and thanksgiving, is shared to Eva and the choir by Dzifa AMEDZORKU.
EKOO! is a Swedish choir founded by Eva in 2006, performing African repertoires, and among them is the Ghanaian repertoire in Ewe very central.
EKOO!s Ghana Tour took place in Volta Region and Greater Accra in May 2016, in collaboration with local choirs. The tour was coordinated by Senyo ADZEI and made possible thanks to support from Lunds Missionssällskap (Lund, Sweden).
