For the rainbow yogurt, I wouldve done yogurt with chopped fruits! Strawberries Banana Blueberries Green and purple grapes And maybe granola for the orange :) or even food coring the yogurt orange

An activity-take a 1/2 cup of milk and put it in a plate. Add few drops of food colouring and dip a q-tip in dish soap and touch the milk. Magic will happen.

You could try my way of making eggs and see if that helps your kids like them. I use real butter and scramble the eggs with a splash of milk very well til there’s a layer of bubbles on top and then I make sure they’re not wet looking but not brown

Maby for the Rainbow toast u could mix the food dye with some melted butter so it Doesn’t get soggy with milk and the butter will just crisp it up in a skillet
