I don't think rookies belong in the "breakout" category. "Breakout" implies a performance above the norm, the rookies haven't established a normal baseline level of performance. I voted for either Chase Brown or Chuba (don't remember which lol), I think the other candidates should've been Mooney, Baker, Charbonnet, maybe Rico Dowdle, guys like that.

The "You need to draft high to get a QB" is a false premise, as Tomlin himself pointed out. Only 3 of the 8 QBs currently in the playoffs were drafted in the top 10 by teams that actually earned the pick they used to draft them. Chiefs traded up for Mahomes. Lions and Detroit traded for their QBs (with each other ironically), Lamar was drafted late in the first and Hurts was drafted in the second round. Only Buffalo, Houston and Washington actually lost a bunch of games and drafted a savior of the franchise with a pick they earned by sucking.
