My nephews came to visit from Branson MO. I have not seen them for about 30 years and it was awesome to reunite and make new memories. Having your Littles get water smart, comfortable, and even jumping in the pool...is amazing! I think that is the key - get them in there when they are young....I think swimming lessons should be mandatory in P.E. in schools, starting in Elementary Schools... so important to be comfortable in the water, basic swim skills, not be afraid of water...love how much fun your sweet family is having together... Have you ever gone, as a family, on a Lake Vacation?

I remember the Pavilion. And Broadway at the Beach, which had little shops on a sort of boardwalk. I bought a Native American made-necklace with carved little animals, etc., in various stones. I still have it after 34 years, and still love it! Only I'm afraid to wear it for fear it will come unstrung due to its age (like me!). What great camera work and interviewing skills, Bryant! Judah swims like a little fish! Great that Caroline is so helpful. Those two little guys are so, so precious! Thanks so much for sharing with us.

We always stayed in a cabin for two weeks in Myrtle Beach. My dad and mom loved to dance at the pavilion. We also loved going to family kingdom to ride the rides. Now we rent a condo at The Prince Resorts in Cherry Grove. It is a wonderful resort for families of all ages. Angie--Ohio

My family and I love our vacations at Myrtle Beach every year. I remember the pavilian growing up. I was so sad when they closed it. We do love Family Kingdom, too. We haven't been to the Pirates Voyage there, but we go every year in Gatlinburg, TN. Myrtle Beach and Gatlinburg are only 3 hours from my home and family. Yall have fun and have a safe trip home. Ps the water log is my favorite ride.
