I buy fresh dough from Walmart to make pizza. I’m gonna start making my own dough because we used to do all homemade dough and it was so much better.

Have you thought about sometimes putting out a list of ingredients prior to a video so we could purchase them, then make your recipe along with you? I think this would be a great plan for an occasional project. Not all the time, of course, but an occasional “class” setting on an appropriate recipe. I haven’t seen this class environment on KZbin and thought it may be something different. Just an idea!

Hello Caroline and Benji!! I’m a chef boyardee pizza kit dough but we top our way. May add that to the grocery list for tomorrow. I got the upside down Dawn bottle and I had the worst time squeezing it. I guess the arthritis in my thumb didn’t like it. Have a good weekend!! Looking forward to the 40+ temps this weekend in eastern KY

Yes that Dawn bottle is not for arthritic hands. The trigger spray is ok.

I’m surprised that when measuring your flour you scoop it and shake it to settle in the measuring container. I’ve always been a stickler when it comes to baking, I’m not by nature a rule breaker. Obviously the method works for you. My concern is if you have someone new to baking they think scooping flour is the correct way to measure flour.

I buy my salmon at Sam’s Club. You do get a bigger bag for less money there I also buy my heavy cream there because it’s much cheaper than Walmart.

Hmmm..too much honey…I would measure precisely….we take your recipes to the core..just a hint…you go over some things but we need exact❤️..PS… God gave us hands to mix…that is what I do..plus Ihave a great crockpot bread recipe…so good and easyLET ME KNOW if you want it..another idea for recipes is to take a subscriber recipe!! So fun not even for you but the rest of us…and I pit my Brad dough in oven wth light on..really helps with rise time

Confused. You said the dough is fermented. How so?
@TheFarmingPastorsWifeКүн бұрын
The cooler temps slow down the yeast allowing the dough to take on a form of fermenting which developes a better flavor.
