Not me. I figured; lootboxes could be something that this game needed to be a bit more spicy. Something that kept the game running. But its neither entertaining or interesting for either the new or old player. It's nothing new. It's nothing ever really good unless you're in such luck that the particular character that you've been playing gets a new skin!!! Bonus!!! It's in the meta too!!! Woooow!!! We like the game right? The heros, the maps, the balancing even. We love that even!!! But we want to EARN what we get. We want to get something for winning. EXP for a loot box that has 4 of 1000 okayish skins and voice lines are only so okay up till a degree I'm not one for comp, even though like most I want golden Guns to show that the characters I play are something to be respected. I think we could use a little bit more of particular interest. Either in regular comp or with friends. It's not supposed to be a causal game is it? It's supposed to be tough and different each game. (... right?) And if it wasnt meant that way... it's too bland. The reward system is (and not gonna lie,) has always been below what anyone ever has wanted out of this or any game. Loot boxes. Bleh. Even if its competitive, This games reward system is so bland that everytime I play this "game" its called a grilled cheese, made by my grandpa. Golden guns are cool. But who is to say that you are worth while on an Ana when the only hours you've put in are Zarya? The only time I ever "bought" loot boxes is the time where when my autistic friend bought them for me 2 birthdays ago assuming I'd like the gesture... sad to say... I wish he didnt waste the money. Put relevant events in. Things that might mean something to the characters or story. Maybe if there was something worth while at the end of the effort wagon, I'd be interested in the charity. Valid character/map release in. 4 a year for how specific this game is... is really killer... I get there is math and balancing and every other fan that wants his or her Christmas present... but I wish this game was more solid than that... I know we would all give more of a hoot. This game is really well thought of, and I'm glad its kept up on. I pay attention to the few youtubers and even kept up with a few streamers for a bit. I believe it's one of the best games all cross platform to ever have existed... to a degree... but; especially lately, its fallen even worse than COD Ghosts... the game every COD fan hated for 6 months till COD AW came out. That game had more worth while content/updates (maps, guns, different game modes) (At least both games are waaaaay better than COD AW am I right? Loo) I dont think anyone of us disagree with that one. But seriously. This game is and has been selling out since day one. They may have tried to believe in portraying that loot boxes where interesting and could make them money. But no relevant smart person cares for loot boxes. We want the game. We want the play. We want the reward FOR THE PLAY. The way this game has been kept up with, even though this game has been actually updated from time to time. I think it's been done in a bad way. Please, people who care give a thumbs up so the developers can believe in themselves again.
