The “cheater” misses many shots and the crosshair isnt always where the person is, its literally just prediction and fast reaction times. The first shot was a prediction that he would jump from top window then fast reaction times and flick shotted, and eventually u can predict exactly where the head would be bc fall times dont change and second round was a prediction or maybe saw the genji go there or when he turns the corner he checks cause his cross hair wasnt on the head when he turned the corner he just looked up there cause a widow might hide there and kill support or tracer or genji
