We never force any one to follow this path or that path. It's up to the individual to follow the path he chooses. Questioning is a basic nature in Hinduism. Islam and Christianity never allow. This conjugation of Indian and African Earth-based traditions is very healthy in spiritual terms, in my opinion, and certainly a step towards greater spiritual advancement. All Earth-based traditions should unite and share their knowledge and experiences to head towards ever more refined forms of spirituality or magical connection, whatever one calls it. Also, when we think of the shamanistic traditions in India, the similarities by this shamanic common background is evident. Some followers of African traditions here in Brazil have been getting interested in other forms of spirituality: one unique movement, called Green Candomblé or Vegetarian Candomblé, has abolished all animal sacrifices. However, they're unfortunately being heavily criticized by the fundamentalists of mainstream Candomblé, who accuse the Green Candomblé followers of creating a new religion, i.e. saying theirs is not Candomblé properly. Whatever, it´s a huge spiritual step, I'd call it a spiritual jump into a much higher spiritual level! The oldest Vodun traditions are actually very shamanistic, they even have turtle, rabbit and other animal spirits, besides tree spirits! Perhaps many other African traditions may have these animal and plant entities as well.

@ivarhakuse85723 жыл бұрын
@@anitha6249 That is a sad truth and can not be denied, however, Hindus are present all over the world including Africa. It is also important to appreciate that not all Hindus are Indians and so don’t share the mindset of Indians. There are Hindu organisations all over the world who unlike Christians and Muslims do not seek to undermine the gods, insights, practices and traditions of others. It’s important to note how the swami himself is of African American origin. He is not undermining the African traditions. If anything he’s offering a guidance but not replacing their gods with his own. Awakened Hindus will do everything to support their reconnection. In India there is also an awakening which is why India has its present political climate. Indian Hindus are not unlike a disinterested Kumbhakarna getting roused but content in slumber. I don’t live in India and so don’t share the apathetic indifference towards my culture, history and spiritual traditions as do my relatives in India. But your observations stand correct in general. It would not be unfair to say what you did.

Please go ahead with it. 7) You want to start your journey by reading Bhagvad Gita - Sure ! 8) You want to start your journey by reading Upanishads - Go ahead. 9) You want to start your journey by reading Purana - Be my guest. 10) You just don't like reading Puranas or other books. No problem my dear. Go by Bhakti tradition . ( bhakti- devotion) 11) You don't like idea of Bhakti ! No problem. Do your Karma. Be a karmayogi. 12) You want to enjoy life. Very good. No problem at all. This is Charvaka Philosophy. 13) You want to abstain from all the enjoyment of life & find God - jai ho ! Be a Sadhu, an ascetic ! 14) You don't like the concept of God. You believe in Nature only - Welcome. (Trees are our friends and Prakriti or nature is worthy of worship). 15) You believe in one God or Supreme Energy. Superb! Follow Advaita philosophy 16) You want a Guru. Go ahead. Receive gyaan. 17) You don't want a Guru.. Help yourself ! Meditate, Study ! 18) You believe in Female energy ! Shakti is worshipped. 19) You believe that every human being is equal. Yeah! You're awesome, come on let's celebrate Hinduism! "Vasudhaiva kutumbakam" (the world is a family) 20) You don't have time to celebrate the festival. Don't worry. One more festival is coming! There are multiple festivals every single day of the year. 21) You are a working person. Don't have time for religion. Its okay. You will still be a Hindu. 22) You like to go to temples. Devotion is loved. 23) You don't like to go to temples - no problem. You are still a Hindu! 24) You know that Hinduism ☺ is a way of life, with considerable freedom. 25) You believe that everything has God in it. So you worship your mother, father, guru, tree, River, Prani-matra, Earth, Universe! 26) And If you don't believe that everything has GOD in it - No problems. Respect your viewpoint. 27) "Sarve jana sukhino bhavantu " (May you all live happily) You represent this! You're free to choose, my dear Hindu! This is exactly the essence of Hinduism, all inclusive .. That is why it has withstood the test of time inspite of repeated onslaught both from within and outside, and assimilated every good aspects from everything . That is why it is eternal !!! I am sure Sathya Sai Baba came due to the prayers of the suffering Africans. I have been a Sai Baba devotee for 41 years. I went to Puttaparty numerous times and nobody in the whole South India has Sai Baba's physical (African) features. The only place Sai Baba went out of India was Africa while he was alive. Below is a piece I wrote in my book about Sai Baba. Basically, my religion is. "I am God". That is what Baba has always wanted from his devotees as indicated by beginning all his speeches with the words, "Embodiments of Love”. I was feeling down in 2011, upon Baba’s death but not specifically because he died but because he said numerous times, he will leave only in 2022, at the age of 96 years and had left early at the age of 85 years (2011-1996). I know, many come up with the lunar calendar theory which will not work either. One lunar month is 28 days. Baba lived from 1926 till 2011 which is 2011-1926 = 85 years physically. That is 85 X 365.25 days =31,046.25 physical days. 31,046.25/ (28 X 12) = 92.39 lunar years. In other words, Baba lived only 92 lunar years and 85 normal years. I am sure Baba is using the calendar used by everyone else, the normal 365.25 days per year calendar. If you go to all great gurus you will find that they test their devotees. This is his test. Some may remember the speech where he said he is separating the husk from the rice; the real devotees from the fake or flimsy ones. Baba (God) only wants a few good devotees, the brave ones. He never needed the whole world following him. If he wanted that, he could have easily done so by taking over the current day’s world media or even with much greater spiritual wonders. The reason he did not do so is that the real religion is not his body form. He came to guide us to the real religion which is within us. Sai Baba left his body on April 24 2011 and is continuing his mission with one of his top students from the Puttaparthi University, Madhusudan Rao Naidu (Madhu for short). Of course, this has split the devotees into those who believe this and those who do not and many who has left the belief in Sai Baba all together. Sai Baba is not at all concerned about losing devotees; his mission is to get a few truly good people to dwell in spirituality till they become Gods themselves. He said, if I can do so much, imagine what can be done with so many Babas. Various former devotees whom Baba needed for the continuation of the mission were called as Madhu was asked to go to their homes and give the messages of Baba, including telling those devotees of particular interaction with Baba which only they and no one else knew about. You have to use your intellect (buddhi) and remind yourselves, “you are God”, then eventually you will get the intelligence of God. Can Madhu who has nothing, build all those schools and hospitals. But even those are not his missions. Madhu is Baba, he is building all those things to get the people building them to become Babas. Also, those buildings will meet the requirements of Prema Sai who has already been born and will come to the world stage in 2028. Upon listening to Isaac Tigrett (one of Sai Baba’s closest devotees) who gave a speech right after Sai Baba died, things mellowed a little. Isaac Tigrett said, go back and read Sai Baba’s speeches; did he ever ask you to pray to him. No, he always wanted you to realize you yourselves are God. Immediately I changed my religion to, “I am God.” After searching the internet, a discovery was made that Sai Baba is continuing his mission in India with the help of his former student, Madhu. A trip was made to Muddenahalli, India in June 2015 and upon listening to the speech, I was 100% convinced that Madhu was speaking Baba’s words. A question many will ask is, why would Baba do this? Being God, he could have kept his body alive till 2022. But as mentioned previously, the real religion is that we are God ourselves and his devotees have to move away from his physical body. Also, humanity have become too physical and empirical so this moving to another body will introduce humanity to the spirit world which is very much larger than the physical world. In one of his last speeches Baba made with his physical body he insisted that devotees stop looking at his body as God. Thereby they will eventually be totally independent of the external world. Such devotees can still be very efficient in the external world but their focus must be on the internal God within themselves. Others have different paths to find the ‘return of Baba.’ A lawyer in Kuching who is the leader of the Kuching, Malaysia Centre said a Muslim Sufi master’s soul informed him that Baba is talking through Madhu. In that conversation, the Muslim Master could not pronounce Madhu’s name properly. Initially Sai Baba was visible as a soul, meaning Madhu’s eye can see the particular frequency of electromagnetic waves in which Sai Baba is present. But later in 2019, Baba’s soul fully merged with Madhu’s soul so Baba is Madhu. The mission is expanding much faster in the new form because as Baba said, he does not need to entertain huge crowds daily in Puttaparthi and can therefore concentrate on the mission. He is building hospitals, schools and ashrams all over the world. How is this done? Like the Kuching, Malaysia ashram, the leader (a lawyer) was asked to build it. He did it mostly with his and another contractor’s money; a team of dedicated devotees from around the region also contributed significantly. After Baba came to inaugurate it, he told the lawyer, you have spent a lot on all these so I am going to give you a lot of business, go and hire extra staff immediately. Soon after Baba left, some of the largest developers in Kuching called the lawyer and asked him to take care of all their legal matters. Sai Baba is God and can even materialize the ashram out of thin air but his aim is to develop people like that lawyer, the contractor and his team. The contractor and his wife donated the land for the ashram of behalf of a philanthropist named, Lee Nyan Choi who previously appointed them as trustees of the land. The same method is used all over the world. In fact, in the initial years of Madhu’s interaction with Sai Baba’s soul, even Madhu was doubtful if they could find the money to finance all the projects which even governments could not finance. Then one day, a short man with a moustache appeared in front of Madhu with folded hands; he is Kubera, the Hindu God of wealth. In the book, “From the Heart” p127 onwards, Baba wrote a lengthy explanation after that lawyer leader of Kuching asked him about quickly bringing his name to the entire world with the latest advances in telecommunications. Baba replied that he is not at all interested in quantity. A summary of that conversations plus other statements elsewhere of Baba are: 2009 - Prema Sai was born in Gunaparthi, a village in the Mandya district (between Bangalore and Mysore). 2011-2015 (89th birthday) - Baba, through Madhu gathered the alumni he wanted for his mission by going from home to home. 2015 - 2019 (93th birthday) - Acceleration phase of gathering his flock via bigger gatherings. 2019-2022 (96th birthday) - Core team has been acquired and the plane is taking off. The rest of the work will be done by this core team. People from all over the world will come to Muddenahalli. The biggest statue of Shiva will be in the sacred land of Muddenahalli. In a previous book, Madhu mentioned that every sand particle in Muddenahalli is infused with high levels of divinity, according to Shiva who came as an old man to inspect the construction work. Muddenahalli is the place where Viswamitra requested the help of Rama to get rid of the demoness, Tataka so as to enable him to continue his yagnas in peace. In that battle, Tataka was killed and her body is the hill on which Sai Baba’s ashram is built. It is among the Nandi Hills of Muddenahalli. The two smaller hills are that of her sons, Maricha and Subahu. Note, in the Ramayana story (Baba’s version when he was in the physical body), this place is to the East of Ayodhya, therefore Ayodhya is west of Muddenahalli at the latitude slightly somewhere near Mangalore. 2021 - Prema Sai enters the Muddenahalli campus at the age of 12. But he will not know he is Prema Sai and will go about with the name given by his parents. But by his 12th and 14th year (2021-2023), he will be having strange spiritual experiences. 2022-2028 - We are to assimilate and be silent and get to the stage where we do not depend on the flimsy support from outside. Madhu will be around till 2029; this is not surprising despite Madhu already being fully Baba because Rama and Parashurama met each other according to Baba’s version of the Ramayana (written when Baba’s while in the physical body). 2023 - Prema Sai will have a particular spiritual experience which will make him realize he is Prema Sai. He will continue studying at Muddenahalli from age 14 to 19 or for a period of five years (2023-2028). He will be educated specifically to take over the mission within these five years. He will not speak much; his presence is enough to elevate the spirituality of those around him. 2028 - 2034 - Prema Sai takes over the mission. He will travel around India and all over the world. 2034 - 2059 - In 2034 Prema Sai will be 25. Between the age of 25 to 50, he will be in the next phase of his life where he will travel around the world and stay at overseas ashrams which are being built or already built as of 2020. The Kuching, Malaysia one has already been built. He will come back to India only occasionally for special festivals. 2059 - 2063 - Prema Sai will come back to India to retire for these last four years. He will leave his body in 2063 at the age of 54. 2063 onwards - most people on earth will be divine. No obstacle, no obstruction and nobody can stop His will.

Why did Vishnu rape Vrinda.could he have solved the problem in any other way apart from raping her? She then cursed him that he will become a stone and then she committed suicide. And Vishnu gave her rebirth as Tulsi. And married her as a stone. And now every Hindu keeps a Tulsi Plant in their house? According to Veda Saaram, “Mruth shila dhathu darwadi moortha vishwamavidyaya klishyanthi thapasa moodha paraam shaanthim nayaanthithe”, means, “A fool who is worshipping an idol gathers nothing but pain and he never attains salvation”.

@@ramdevchouhan2081 You talk absolutely without any sense at all. Vishnu is one of the three outcome of the indescribable God for all religions. Lust do not fall to such high level people. And they are everything and everyone from the most beautiful women to the most ugly man. About idols, I challenge you to get a picture of your parent s and spit on it. How about the picture of your God and spit on it.

@@prashobh216 but Vrinda was married to another man. However bad that man was, she decides to stick to him. Chancu Vishnu touches her and when she realises he is not her husband but Vishnu she curses him to be a stone. And she suicides. Or Sati. Thank God for Raja Ram Mohan Roy for abolishing Sati else women would jump in the pyre of their husbands just like how Sati and Vrinda did. Come out of stories, myths fabricated lies. I'm an atheist.

@@ramdevchouhan2081 Rajputs from Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh practised Jauhar. This was collective suicide by the widows of the royal families who preferred dying, rather than being captured, raped and disgraced by soldiers who defeated their kings in the wars. This practice grew in the 14th and 15th centuries, when the Hindu-Muslim wars were at their peak in northwest India.

@@prashobh216 let's pass these as myths or stories. It started with Lord Indira raping wife of Gautam Rishi, Ahilya. Greek Roman mythologies had these lust rape stories too. The chief Greek God Zeus himself is part of many rape stories - he is believed to have ‘sexually violated’ several women, namely, Antiope, Europa, Hera, Leda and several others. Medusa was raped by Poseidon and was subsequently also punished for being raped in Athena’s temple. In the Roman context, The Rape of the Sabine Women, which was nothing other than forceful sexual violence perpetrated by Roman men, is often normalised as an important step in Roman history that helped them achieve a fairly “blended” population where some kind of consent and treaty was achieved after the said incident. ALMOST ALL MYTHOLOGIES HAVE STORIES OF WOMEN/YOUTH BEING “TAKEN” BY GODS AS PUNISHMENT, PLEASURE OR AS A CONQUEST

Blood sacrifice isn't bad, it's offering to divine being to alive
@ivarhakuse85723 жыл бұрын
I know what you mean and it does happen, however I’m inclined to say, you want to do blood sacrifice, so sacrifice your own. Now without wanting to sound facetious about it, you don’t need to kill yourself, cut your thumb, get some drops of blood, you can also get those disposable lancets used to get blood samples. Leave the animal alone, they too have emotions such as love, jealousy, suspicion and fear more over they too have instincts to survive. Humans are afterall also animals.
