To be honest, I think nerfing Gouki is a terrible idea. his health is low and he doesn't have particularly powerful moves. I really don't know what Capcom's intention is. His combo damage has been poor since V, and it is still poor now. Guile can do more than about 9000 (can kill Gouki in one go), Marisa and Dictator can do about 8000~8100 (about 90% of Gouki's health), Ryu and Jamie and Honda can do about 7000~7100. The low damage is completely inconsistent with the setting of Satsui no Hadou. This is not to mention that there are many characters that can deal more than 6500 damage. Considering that Gouki only has 9000 HP, it is reasonable that his combo damage should be adjusted higher than it is now. If the game really wants to show how powerful Satsui no Hadou is , then at least it should give him a set of combo damage that can surpass Marisa.
