Hi, I have a question. is it possible to switch the contacts in Mailchimp? I mean if I reached to the max amount of contacts, am I able to delete them and add a new set of contacts?

You're very welcome! If you're just getting started with email marketing, we actually recommend ConvertKit in most cases, that's the software we use. It's a bit easier to use and more intuitive. They have a free plan up to 1000 subscribers.

How do you send a sample? The internship I’m working for wants me to send them a preview of the email before hand

Were you able to figure this out? At 8:41in the video, in the content section, below the image of what the email will look like, there is an option to "Send a Test Email". If you click there you should be able to send that to your colleague so they can preview it before sending the email. If you have any other questions, let me know.

Hello. Great video. I want to create a newsletter there. I alreday have 700 leads. But after sending the first e-mails, how will I automate the e-mails for future leads interested in the newsletter ? Do I have to creare a customy journey?

Do you want to send 1 automated email to new leads or multiple emails in a sequence? To send one automated email to new leads, I explain it starting at 15:44. To send a series of automated emails, you'll need to be on a paid plan. With the free plan, you can only send 1 automated email. At 16:30 you can see the 1 automated email, below that it says "Upgrade to Add Emails". If I were on a paid plan I could add additional emails to the sequence and choose how much time should pass between each email. Customer Journey is also another way to send a sequence of automated emails, this is also a paid feature. We do most of our email marketing with ConvertKit and it's the same with them, first automated email you can send on the free plan, but to send a sequence you need to be on a paid plan. Hi, I'm using Google Translate. I think you want to send a survey / questionnaire to your audience. Mailchimp has that functionality. You can design a survey within Mailchimp and send it to your audience. Is that what you're looking to do? Let me know if you have more questions and I'll do my best to answer. 😊

CSV file? Newbies like me may not know what that is.

It's a basic excel file. If you are in Microsoft Excel you can save as CSV file. Also, when you download spreadsheet files from your bank, from email marketing software, etc., in most cases it is a CSV file.
