Classism is racism's ugly sister. It's just a way for our people " black people" to stay in a state of mental disarray. It pits us against each other and keeps the economy in its empty, lawless and headless place. Black people thinking that their better than other black ppl because of the uptown/downtown mentality, this causing the facade of society as we know it. It's sad, but true, the Americanization of our culture and the pushing back of our Afrocentrism is destroying is down to the core. It's sad, very sad 😞.

The part of the interview when they said some manager sign a person then tell them what to do each step of the way and when them get tired of that particular person, them just drop them and start looking for somebody else that's what they did to gage.
