I said it 3 years ago, and I'm saying it again now. No one, and I mean no one has mastered the art of Hash Browns like you my friend! And I suppose I need to check out your pancake recipe soon because those things look amazing! Happy New Year Neil and Amy!

That pancake recipe has become my go to recipe ever since I made it and my wife said “these are the best pancakes I’ve ever had!” Trust me, if you have a Carb Queen (or King) in your life, these pancakes will have them looking at you in a different light!

Merry Christmas you guys and the family!!! My lovely wife purchased a Pit Boss Ultimate for me and unfortunately, I live in southwest Michigan and do not have a garage, so I am waiting for spring to get here to try all of the amazing recipes you have demonstrated. Neal, thank you for your service, the sacrifice of great people like you is why we can enjoy the things in life like grilling.

So many great tips! I noticed you use the eggshell to briefly hold the yolk centered in your over easy eggs. This is especially helpful for those who have a sloped griddle surface.👍😊

Neal & Amy... Hope y'all had a very merry Christmas, and wishing y'all a fantastic New Year! Thanks for all of your support, ideas, tips, etc. through your continued videos and social media platforms. Y'all rock simply! This video was obviously new and not a refresh from something that y'all made 2-3 years ago, so kudos for keeping it fresh. This video was a great reminder for me on a couple of your techniques (like the omelette folded to match your spatula length). A great refresher video for those of us who watch your content regularly... Thanks very much! 👏

Great video! I’ve not been on my griddle for about three months due to my spine injury and our local winds. I cooked some sirloin steaks last week for Christmas and the family commented they were the best steaks we had eaten in years, I agree! Found better beef than our local grocery store and focused on the technique also using one of your spices. We love them all, but with the youngest daughter having major dairy issues we seldom use the one with dairy (butter flavor). We are experimenting with plant based butters (they’ve been okay but cow butter is definitely better), and the same with milk (not as good a substitute as the plant based butter). Thanks for the great videos and recipes. Happy New Year to a great family. Hookem’ Horns from SW Oklahoma and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (that is what made me a TEXAS fan!). 😅
