Aaron Jones Me too buddy. I like how they handled McClane becoming an old rough neck and having to fight against modern technology terrorism in his old school ass kicking way. That especially is one major reason Die Hard 5 shit the bed. McClane became an invincible super hero who literally saves the planet singlehandedly. Whe you watch them back to back, Willis seems to be 10 years younger in 5 than he is in 4.

Die Hard 4 is great. Unfortunately, Die Hard 5 was shit. Die Hard 5 may have been better if we got John McClane, not old man Bruce Willis.

Yeah part 2 is a little off. But dunno... it still got this 80's action movie style which I prefer over todays cgi shitfest action. 4 was more in line with part 3 as far as the villains wanted to install a terror regime. 5 is out of every conversation. It is more of a slapstick than an actual action film.

Yes it is. Bruce Willis fell from a overpass, with a firey truck behind him, and landed on the concrete below on his hands and knees with not a scrape, broken hip or kneecap, and Willis is like 92.. I mean, come on.. It was terrible!

I actually really liked Jumanji Wlecome to the Jungle. It gave The Rock a chance to play a very different kind of character. I've also enjoyed most of the Fast and Furious movies he's been in. But I didn't see Rampage, and I certainly don't have any interest in seeing Skyscraper. I'm just patiently waiting for Mission Impossible Fallout, which looks like a film with stunts and action sequences that actually look real.

I’m a big fan John, and I was going to go to Patreon to sign up and get access to the podcast...but $10 a month for a podcast is way too much in my opinion. I pay that price for Netflix and get access to thousands of shows and movies. I pay that price for Spotify and get thousands of songs and albums. Paying the same price for a bi-weekly podcast doesn’t make any sense. Sorry man.
