What I love about this show is that they show the misses along with the hits. Some channels only show the kills and anyone who has hunted birds know you don’t get them all. 😂

Dang. At least I didn't hear anyone claim all those pen-reared pheasants were wild ones. I get that PF (arguably) does more for pheasants than any organization in the world (I'm a member). I get that private shooting preserve habitat is beneficial to wild pheasants. I don't care what type of birds folks shoot or how they spend their money. And I get that minor midwestern celebrities seeing hen after hen after hen wouldn't make great TV. But I'm vehemently opposed to PF & The Flush using pen-reared birds in its videos, calendars, magazines, etc. PF calls itself "The Habitat Organization", dedicated to habitat that grows & maintains wild pheasant populations. PF & The Flush should target wild pheasants, whether with a camera or shotgun, especially since a strong case can be made that preserves (particularly in South Dakota) are detrimental to a true hunting heritage. There are plenty of landowners with fantastic habitat and wild pheasants, probably some who've partnered with PF, who'd be willing to host a hunt.
