The setup by Chase Emmer is actually so good since he lures his opponent into a good distance for him and they can't finish because it's too close. It seems kind of sketchy to do but the setup and distance is actually perfect for him.

There's a part of me that really thinks that the ref did that hand motion absentmindedly when he reviewed Emmer's touch. Maybe he was preoccupied or thinking about the bout but not his hands?
