I am from Republic of Panama in Central America I went to Malaysia and it’s the best food you can eat The diversity of food is so huge due to the country cultural and historical background. Tetarek and roti is my favorite food for breakfast.

Love this video! I was in KL in February, and went to Mansion Tea Stall and got the exact thing 😀 I was a bit overwhelmed walking into there by myself because I didn't know what to order but I just said "yes" to what they said and they just brought it out haha

Hi Food Ranger, There's one Malaysia culture that Malaysia love their food that is BABA NYONYA cuisine . Is a mixture of Malay and Chinese during the old days. Most it can be found in Melaka only 2hours driving distance from Kuala Lumpur. And also can found in Penang also. Hope you able to find the food. Cheers...

Yes..banana leaf rice meal should be like the one in this video..this was how we enjoyed banana leaf rice many many years ago..not many outlets offer meals like this...fish curry gravy, chicken curry gravy I prefer on separate portion of rice to enjoy the taste of each individually..if it's too spicy, add some Rasam to balance off..Rasam is sour and spicy but very delicious and help to enhance your appetite...as for flooded roti canai,I will prefer not to flood the roti canai with gravy ..lose the crisp texture if flooded
