It mostly depends on the preferred play style of the coach. Gegenpress will require higher levels of fitness than tiki taka; and tiki taka will require greater levels of technical ability. There's a certain type of footballer Poch needs for his system to thrive, and that's what I meant. His entire career proves that. PS: staying fit is the player's responsibility; and there are certain traits scouts can look out for, that'll tell them if a player is dedication to his own fitness. That's also what I meant. The fact that one has to write an entire essay to explain something that shouldn't require much explaining...

Inter is a good job, but is directly competing with Bayern Munich and Barcelona in the UCL and AC Milan in Serie A. Juventus has a better Champions League situation, but still has the challenge of AC Milan and Mourinho's Roma.

He had problems at Dortmund and PSG too. He pushed out senior players then demanded only specific players which are not always available so the team is left with very limited then he complains about not having the right players. The ones he brings in also do not necessarily work out then the team is screwed because they put all their eggs into one basket getting his signings. I think people at Mainz still like him but everyone else were happy when he left.

I’d probably get Big Sam Allardyce to manage Blackburn Rovers if I was in charge then he’d either keep Rovers away from League One or get us back in the Premier League.
