Hi Vicky I have had a Lantana tin opener (Amazon it’s the black one £11.99) for a couple of years now it is brilliant real easy to use and I struggle because I’m left handed….your chicken,leek and ham pie recipe looks delish will definitely be trying that one…

You can't beat a sunbeam electric tin opener, on the back there is a knife sharpening slot, and great appliance and not that expensive.

I always buy puff pastry!! Don't mind making shortcrust & I'm not bad at it, but flaky, time consuming & shop bought ones are fine. I always maje my own cheese twists, I do like lidls own but 1 or 2 each isn't enough & they gone up a bit in price so I prefer to make my own. And add as much cheese as I want to!! I love a homemade pie 🥧 I'm roasting a chicken tomorrow so think having chicken & stuffing cobs with some little roast potatoes ( after seeing your video last week ) & might do a pie as there's going to be leftovers. Or chicken fajitas not had those in a while. Or a chicken leek lasagne fir a change !! Ooh decisions decisions !!

I'm now using the hands free tin opener from JML. Game changer. They're about €15 here in Ireland. Probably cheaper in the UK.

Hi Vicki, your meals always look amazing, ill be trying the pie for sure. Im the same with can openers, especially on tinned tomatoes lately, i wonder if theres an issue with the cans themselves. Do you have a recipe for the wellness shots please? I spend a fortune on ginger shots for my daughter and never considered making them myself 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
