Great podcast as usual! Two player mode is the way to go, one could argue it's even better than 2x times the points because of referrals and it slows down your velocity of signing up for new credit cards. Allowing you to pretty easily stay under 5/24 if you sign up for some business cards.

Data point. My daughter forgot her Platinum Card and has it in her Delta wallet. She was only allowed in the Sky Club due to me sending a picture of the front and back of her card to show them. Not sure if that was just her experience with one specific employee at the KC airport Sky Club or if that Sky Club requires the physical card.

I’d be interested in knowing how to sort/find Capital One offers. It appears that they just took their shopping tool and added it to the offers as a path of least resistance. There’s no way to sort by biggest multiplier.

One thing I didn’t think of when my P2 added me as an authorized user on the Venture X that it added to my 5/24 status.

You can call Chase reconsideration and tell them it is an authorized user card.

I second the person who suggested calling Chase. They will see that it is an authorized user and not count it, at least that is my experience

Jet Blue Card can make sense for JB enthusiasts (and importantly) aren't trying actively optimize their credit card usage. They wont know other cards could work out better or cheaper.

@@newagain9964 The normies aren’t trying to optimize their credit card spend. For them it’s decent. I just feel it’s bad to say it’s a horrible card. It’s not like it’s the 995$ Gold card lol.

It's a terrible card whether or not you're a JetBlue enthusiast. The JetBlue Plus or the Business version is a far better card in the mid tier card level.
