Obie you should add best health item in game settings because while you run you don’t have to open your inventory to put meds in your hot bar. This helps save time when fighting and helps during raid defense.

Also during raid defense you should try to move turrets around in your base to help hold place they blow. It helps hold the raiders back and can grief them if they push in
