This song is certainly the Rocket Queen to their Appetite For Destruction. This album is the most important in the Sleaze Rock scene because it's what helped it come state side and helped really alot of bands get exposure and show this isn't some gimmicky style cashing in on the hard work and legacy of bands like Guns n Rose's and Hanoi Rocks, but the evolution of a genre that got buried in the MTV candy glam craze that showered 1980s tvs and radio. There's a purity in this and its because at it's core, it's raw Rock n Roll.

I'm guessing you never heard of L.A. Guns or Faster Pussycat. Sleaze rock was popular long before these guys finished school, and Guns 'N' Rose's weren't the only ones flying that flag back in the 80s.
