“We’ve been getting bbq chicken’d… I’m so ugly bro” had me dying 🤣 Braxton’s comedic relief has to be both infuriating at times and absolutely therapeutic at other times. As a viewer, I love it. I love to see you both happy, living and loving life despite all of the hurdles you have, and still are, fighting through. I appreciate you sharing your journey with us.

Honestly we wouldn’t have made it through without his jokes lol! He literally makes every situation easier to deal with & not so heavy. People find our humor annoying and it’s fine because it’s not everyone’s’ cup of tea. But it’s mine for sure 🤍 Don’t let him fool you- he was the one who was starting CPR because I was frozen and so focused on bagging. We couldn’t survive this without some dark humor here and there. I fell in love with him for this very reason! (But yes sometimes he drives me whack but that’s any relationship lol) 😂

I agree with the poster below who said they're in awe of you. You guys have to deal with so much insanity coming from so many directions but are able to keep going and keep your children alive and thriving in the process. I think you guys keep it together so well that it's easy for us to miss the fact that there were multiple times in these 48 hours when you were seriously afraid for your child's life and were starting CPR. And then you went home not to sleep but to take care of your other two babies. You guys are just amazing.

Its can be scary as hell when kids are desatting fast. I hope they don't delay his discharge either, since it was an error on their end. I bet you ant wait to get him home 💜

@thefullerfam2 жыл бұрын
Hi 💕 he has a trach because he was born at only 1 pound 12 oz! His lungs were super premature and so instead of letting him sit intubated with a tube down his throat where he couldn’t get of bed or play or learn new things, we went with the trach to give him the same shot of development as his brothers and to hopefully get him home sooner than if he hadn’t gotten one. It’s not permanent! Probably 12-18 months until he comes off the vent ❤️
@Quila11252 жыл бұрын

Y'all are doing an amazing job (for your ages ;) yeah, I caught that)!! I don't understand why they are making you guys go through all of this just to bring him home! Granted my NICU journey with my youngest was 18 years ago and she didn't have near the health complications that yours does, but other NICU parents I knew then didn't... I know that it has been a struggle, but the Powers that be (God) couldn't have picked better parents for this little man. I would have been LIVID with the resp person that set his stats wrong!!!! Much love and continued prayers for y'all from Kansas
@Cohebat2 жыл бұрын
They need to do all of this because he can't live without a vent. Parents need to be able to problem solve every little thing in order to keep a child this complex alive. What if the trach gets pulled out at home? In the middle of the night? What if he desats to the 70s? What if they had just taken him home and they had never experienced bagging him?! This is solely because of how complex he is, not because the hospital WANTS to make parents jump through hoops.
@elizabethkoobs10602 жыл бұрын
How difficult that Ezzy had so many "episodes." Did the wrong vent setting cause all of that? The staff might have been expecting you two to give up for this weekend, considering all the problems. I'm so sorry that it wasn't more positive. Love&hugs from a grandma in GA.💙🤗🙏
