This weapon and Excava make me wish they'd add a "hold"-reload function, like D2, for specific ultimate weapons. FM - Holding reload is what swaps elements so you can stay on a specific one Excava - Hold reload to enter grenade mode so you can ADS without using them and loosing the buff Peace maker - Hold reload converts gun to burst so you can ADS without burning stacks & With this change, to compensate for hold reload slightly eating into DPS (like .2s), their damage and functions could get a minor boost

Absolutely this. After I got Excava up and running, I felt like it was a less fun version of whatever that preorder weapon was where it was a fast firing weapon generally, hold reload and it swapped to grenade and you could release 1-3 charges and either switch manually or auto switch if you consumed them all. I feel like the control of it is what made it great. There was also a way to game the reload in grenade mode (spam reload? I can't remember), but it's been a bit.

This was the first gun I had got maxed out early on like before even entering hard mode and since the ability relied on reloads and crit, rather than expanding the weapon ammo, I put on 2 reload mods and would build up the crit chance/ damage/ fire rate quickly. Since I was using bunny, I had on electric conductor and 4 crit mods as well so I would do constant 26% more ATK. Now with this rework and still using bunny, I think I will replace better concentration and insight focus with an expand weapon charge and concentrate support ammo or maybe a random attribute ATK mod

Almost my exact build. I haven't had a chance to try it since the re-work, but this is exciting. I went with Fiesta, and didn't have integration yet. Funny enough, I was also using it on a Freyna because I got a nice reactor.

I have been having a blast with this gun on both Gley and Valby- The range on it makes Gleys aoe build work literally across the map. If you can see it- you can shoot it. I find the poison to be the only weak element- doesnt seem to tick enough damage. I'll have to try it with toxic conductor! Great idea there. Do you think fire conductor would help with the explosion rotation on the gun?

Toxic Conductor is the best mod because it proc's a pool of poison for 10 seconds, so when you switch to other elemental by reload you still receive the ATK bonus from T.Conductor because the toxic effect is still active on the enemies. This build was/is my build I posted 7days ago a right after the weapon change.

Toxic Conductor is good here because of the fact that the toxic pool hangs around for 10 seconds, which means in many occasions you are double or even triple hitting on elements on one target. It's really good and Fire Conductor wouldn't have nearly the same value

I love this gun. I use it with hailey in 400%. If you put decimator on hailey with her cryo mod, you will always have 10 stacks without having to use her 3rd ability to much.

Use concentration priority instead of bullet integration. Way more critical dmg

He chose Bullet Integration, because the damage of the elements scale multiplicatively with firearm damage instead of crit damage. Concentration Priority is good, but it lowers your firearm attack, which in return lowers the damage of the elements caused by the unique ability.

@ he based it off crit though didn't he? the elements i know fs on the guns unique ability are flat rate dmg unless you put the special elemental mods (i.e. fire conductor etc) so i just thought he was going off base rate bullet dmg. i'll have to test it out

The polymer synchtium bp is too much of a pain to farm, it's either you spend hours trying to get an AMP in normal mode only for it to be a 15% drop, or you spend 10 minutes in a dungeon to then fight the most annoying boss in the game. I'm not gonna put myself through that lol

They aren't RNG- they always rotate in the same order. I forget exactly what it is without looking but something like Electric, Fire, Poison, Ice, Electric, Fire, Poison, Ice, Electric, Fire, Poison, Ice, until the end of time. You never get a random one.
