On my goodness, it's so gorgeous. This is not the Africa that was taught about in school. Thanks for bringing us along on this splendid journey. Can't wait to learn and see the work of this organization.

linda b the school system and the media are intentionally designed to paint Africa very badly, poor, and dirty. You have to go yourself. The media and the school system is all lies to keep y’all away ( separating black people) They fear the coming together of black people so they start to plant false images in your heads in schools.

It is refreshing to see people understanding how things are in Africa especially Ghana. People needs to go out there and experience things themselves. The media will never show you this. Because it undercuts their efforts to solicit money for the poor, which never get to the intended targets. People don’t live in a shithole. Someone might not have everything in life but people are responsible , courteous, clean and respectful.

Who would have thought it all that salsa dancing in Ghana! The pool looks like a lake--it's so huge. A great welcome to the motherland. Just a few weeks ago I watched some of Mark Wein's video he did on different food dishes in Ghana. Look out for Banku made from fermented corn and cassava dough cooked in water into a consistent whitish paste served with okra soup. stew or pepper sauce with fish. Looking forward to the series, and maybe we get to see some local food.

You don't have to be in a 5star hotel in Ghana if you can't afford it. There are many lesser star hotels in Ghana I mean 100s of hotels just Google it tells you the price. That one was Movenpick Hotel Ghana
