I'd set this up already but was getting an error when running their workflow. Watching your video made me realise I'd extracted antelopev2 incorrectly as it was in a subfolder with the same name. I now have it working, thanks :)

@@TheFutureThinker sameproblem for me: the red nodes in the graph are: load instantID model, InstantID Face analysis and apply instantID. Plus in the manager when press for install missing custom nodes in the name field it's written: (IMPORT FAILED) ComfyUI InstantID (Native Support).

Thanks for the tutorial, unfortunately InstantID seems still have some issues on my Mac. Always generate a noise map instead of photo. No matter how I changed parameters. Maybe stick to Photomaker, FaceID, Reactor is enough for me.

Sorry to hear that, yes ReActor is the most straightforward way, and second choice I say is IPA FaceID.

@@TheFutureThinker Agreed, IPA could really BLEND into the workflow, could suites various art styles. Reactor seems not working perfectly with exaggerated styles like Pixar characters, or maybe I used it wrong?

But with reactor if you have front photo of face can't do profile or side face ! With InstantID can ! Also reactor can't do face with style or like smile face or angry but with instantId can !

@@TheFutureThinker IPA faceID doesn't give convincing results. The similarity is not there espacially when combined in a hole workflow. And reactor looses facial expressions and it looks like we stitch an image in the face😢

Yes, i know what you mean. If I go for higher quality result, first I am going run Comfy workflow without face swap any of it. Then save the output video, and use Facefusion
