Definitely agree about Spider-Man! Should've won something at the awards and screwball could've better. Like different challenges, nothing repetitive in terms of her. When replaying, taking all of these photos again or finding all of the backpacks could've been eliminated from the map. That said, still gives me something else to do while swinging around. Oh and those black cat challenges could've disappeared with NG+ also!

1. God of War 2. Red dead Redemption 2 3. Spider-Man 4. Assassins Creed Odyssey That’s all the games I played this year and they where all really good. I’m always very skeptical when it comes to purchasing games so I don’t buy much or ever really dislike games cuz I’m always so cautious as to what I play. Either way God of War and Red dead are masterpieces and Spider-Man and Odyssey where great as well

I played dead space 2 for the first time like 3 or 4 months ago and it’s definitely not a timely thing that game is still better than most of its competitors. But as for games of the year here it goes. Red dead redemption 2 is my goty the experience of the story had my attention the most I almost cried at the end of Arthur’s journey and the epilogues were a very nice way to close of the game into red dead 1. Also “see the fire in your eyes” is probably my favourite song of 2018 altogether. Runners up are in order of favourites Spider-Man’ god of war and Detroit. with 2019 here it’s gonna be a extremely hard call for me personally to have a list as if most don’t disappoint it could be one of the best years ever for gaming. Gears 5 and last of us 2(if it comes out in 2019) is my most anticipated games of 2019

totally agree with spider-man, get rid of all them screw ball challenges and what was done in the dlc should be what the side missions in the sequel should aim for, for example have a great completing main story with spider-man villains we love and maybe some side missions involving cameo's from daredevil, fantastic four maybe one of the avengers or doctor strange

I think for Quantic Dream games it just depends how much you like the character(s) and story, and for that reason my favorite of the 3 is Beyond: Two Souls. Give it a try if you ever feel like it. For 2019.. besides the big releases, think you could see yourself getting Remedy's Control? Their first game on PS since how long.

I was saying the same thing regarding Roger Clark winning best performance I was saying Yuri or Christopher should have taken it. But after getting further into the game and ultimately beating it, I can now say for certain that Arthur Morgan is definitely one of the best video game characters of all time. He's not only up there with Christopher Judge's Kratos but he has surpassed it. I'm not going to lie, I cried at the end. Because Rockstar also had one of the best soundtracks with Red Dead Redemption 2. Another thing that I didnt realize until I beat the game. Ultimately I feel like God Of War was a better game just based on the gameplay alone. Any other year RDR2 would have probably won though.

God Of War, Red Dead 2 ummm that's all i remember from last year... Colossus was ok but I never beat it got to the seventh boss and was just bored.. Spiderman was awesome but i just didn't have any interest while playing it just kind of dropped off, forced my way through the end. Tried playing Persona 5 this year... still havnet got past the 3 hour mark...
