Upgraded Staccato vs stock Staccato

Love my Staccato C2 Limited Edition with the Dawson ICE comp, no problem carrying it in that configuration.

My Staccato P have the DLC, serration cut and threaded barrel as an option. It has the Dawsond compensator. It is as stock as it gets without modifying it. It shoots great.

@@photosplusbypeter6877I mean that’s what it is.. even the x cuts… if you can’t get a good grip with the factory serrations, then you must not have hands. Pinning the grip safety is not only useless (modern day 2011’s have that GIANT memory pad), but also dangerous. I don’t usually carry pistols with a safety, but I’m sure not gong to permanently disengage the few that are there. The comp is nice, but I found that adding a flashlight did just as much for recoil/flip as a comp. I tried in a ton of different configurations and feel like the comp (while slightly better than stock or a flashlight), it’s surely not what everyone claims

@alexlevinson8629 LOL that's definitely your opinion on pinning the grip safety. Because everyone I know pins their grip safety. I shoot professionally and I would rather pin my grip. Safety for a daily carry also. If you understood, how many people have issues with their grip safety? Because it's not pinned, you may understand but you may have not been around that many 2011 platforms like you claim.

i was between myself on a prodigy, a BUL, and a Staccato P. i went to a LGS that stocks them all ( its a very nice range with a shop ) after finger fucking and looking over all three the staccato is hands down the best entry level 2011. the prodigy was nice but its a coin flip on QC, the BUL seemed reliable and well made but the fit and finish wasnt there, the staccato slide feels like its on ball bearings and after putting around 2,000 rounds of dirt cheap turkish ammo through my P i can say without a doubt its the nicest gun i own. i have a glock 19x with a lightened slide, PMM comp, grey ghost precision match barrel, and a holosun and the staccato blows it out of the water. Jarvis sells a drop in barrel for the staccatos and PMM makes a nice comp. the aftermarket support for these is as good as glocks. I just got a Delta point pro and X300T for it. if youre looking at buying a 2011 get a staccato.

I bought my C2 about a month ago and am about only 1000 rounds deep into the gun. I started out with a Prodigy and learned a lot from the gun in noting it was just good enough of a gun to know I wanted a better gun. Thus the atep up to the Staccato C2 and I'm only 1000 rounds into the gun I can tell theres a few things I want to do to really wake the gun up from its great production gun quality by doing a Vulcan Machine Werks trigger job and get the Staccport work done. I'm relatively new to the 2011 platform and am now shooting groups at distance and at speed that I could never come close to with my old trusty Sig P229 w/ SRT. I dropped a Deltapoint Pro 6 MOA Optic on top and for the first time ever at 50' I'm now cranking out shot groups with about 90 rounds out of 100 shots fired hitting within my 8 ring. (This is about 50% better than any other thing I've ran thus far to date). They're excellent pistols and make novice shooters shoot like old pros. Great comparison vid man.

3:48 sec. You should know better. Don't drop the slide unless you're racking a bullet in the chamber. But I guess they gave you the gun to who cares. And the new C2 looks awesome

You have the Gen 2 on your C2. The new grip that phased out the Gen 2 grip is the Tac Texture Grip.

The Tac Texture is only on the full size grips, P, XL, XC. Not the ODS grip

It’s freaking expensive to upgrade a Staccato P Heritage. Already spent 700 for the optics plate and Holosun 507 comp. That’s all I’m getting.

If you sit the 16 rounders it will not work. 17 will and 20s will. I been wanting to put one of these on mine but I hear you can’t get a mpa trigger and if you use a different trigger you got to go to a gun smith. But I have shot the mpa and they were running staccato mags just not the 16 rounders.

Forget it it's worth it for the extra upgrades, a base staccato isn't worth the horseshit price tag. I say this as a new Staccato P DPO x-series owner. Massively overrated gun. Do not recommend.
