Sore Thumbs Retro Games looks like a cool place, super retro indeed. The highlight for me was seeing that Neo Geo console, I personally never played the Neo Geo console but I have played some of the fighting games(Samurai Shodown, King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, etc) in the arcades though. Hella fun those games are, too bad you didn't find Twisted Metal or the other games you were looking for. Don't give up, the search continues. Can't wait 'til the next video comes around, as for this video, great video Gems 👍🏽😎👍🏽🕹️🎮

I have Twisted Metal on the PS1. I bought it over ten years ago for around £1 at Cash Converters. Sadly no manual. If anyone has a manual I'd love to buy it! I used to own Twisted Metal World Tour too, bought that for £44.99 at Woolworths when it was released then loaned it to a mate and never seen him again. Although I regularly rented it from Blockbuster.

Some great titles on the Neo Geo CD include Top Hunter, Twinkle Star Sprites and Last Blade 2, which has some of the best pixel art you will ever see on any console. There is not copy protection on the machine so you can 'try' almost any game if you burn it, but be warned, the load times make the ZX Spectrum seem convenient. With Last Blade 2 it's pretty much intolerable as the game stops to load level data between every round and to load new characters. It's like watching a brilliant movie with ad breaks every 2 minutes.

The 1x speed on the neo Geo CD would be a big reason not to get it. My first CD ROM, the Creative DXR2 with decoder card was 2x and that was pretty slow.
