I used to chant this years back. For last 1.5 yrs, I was too lazy and didn't chant prayers loudly and my life during these 1.5 yrs were a mix of depression, failure, tension, feeling of negativity, etc. After watching this channel today, I understood the reason for all headaches & obstacles in my life now may be because I don't pray loudly everyday nor I chant Veda. I had asked you for the Ghanapati recitation of the Ganapathi atharvashirsha about 3 years ago when I subscribed to your channel, many thanks for sharing it. The Shanthi mantra - Sahana Vavatu is often chanted at the end in Maharashtra, even though being from the Atharva Veda, would there be any reason for this, noticed this in SiddhiVinayak Temple in Mumbai too. Kindly share experiences of activating the Guru Nadi / vagus nerve and the role Gam/Gan Bija mantra has on it. Didn’t know where else to ask this as the Ganpatya sampradaya is very close knit and such knowledge is not easily divulged.
