He's been talking about that album for a long time :P He'll release it if he releases it. This is for the album "Set The Tone". I personally don't see the point in sequels. It's usually just for marketing purposes. Wu Tang's next album could be called "36 Chambers Part 2", but it doesn't mean it would be a natural sequel. It would most likely be a way to hype people up. For concept albums, where the artist tells a story, it could make sense with a sequel. Explore the characters and their stories more.

Wu Tang members seem to have a thing with announcing albums that never comes out, or that they announce an album 10+ years before release xD
