This why I subscribed. I didn’t know wether to be offended or in awe. I sound sexist but it’s fact the majority of women don’t ride bikes and then a small percent of those are in the genuine passion club. The way she talks about bikes she has the passion. The way she rides the bike she has passion. And she’s gorgeous.

Of all the approximately one zillion ADV bike reviews I’ve watched this is among the very best in terms of actually getting down and dirty, doing spinning turns, and dropping and picking up the bike. Really great video! About the boots: I usually wear motocross boots and I adjust the shift lever upward slightly to make getting the boot toe under the lever easier.

Thanks for the clip. I ride with a set of Gaerne Trials boots that offer adequate protection, they are not extremely hard and have a relatively low and soft sole for great feeling of the controls. They are also 100% waterproof (tried to drown them and failed!). BTW, you look great but blue eyes, blue nails and blue jacket better suits a Yamaha! P.S. For the power turn, you need to "surprise" the rear wheel with sudden power which means you need to dump the clutch on one go (conversely, slipping the clutch helps with traction).

Vanessa, you are a beast!! in the most polite and nicest possible sense. Woman handling that bike and picking it up so many times was a testament to you and the recovery from your hip injury. Wow. As for your backend shenanigans 🤔🤔 I will just say lucky Ruckymonster 😂😂 Your enthusiasm and bravery taking bikes off road leaves me feeling rather humble, apart from the fact that I have to pay for my bike so need to be a bit wary or BMW won’t want it back lol, I would be doing green lanes ASAP. Your presentation and technical specs are remarkable, considering you do not seem to have any prompts. You could certainly teach some so called professional presenters a thing or two. Plus to top all of that you’re a beauty. We are not worthy. Keep up the great work and your riding is becoming fantastic. You should think about starting your own riding school one day ❤️❤️

Those green lanes looked like good fun! My Africa’s shift lever was way too low from the factory for me to fit my mx boots underneath, so I had to remove it from the spline and rotate it up a bit. Lucky that your hand guard just popped off there... I snapped mine into about three pieces first time I dropped my bike in the snow... I don’t think they’re really any use to be frank hahaha

HI Vannesa you made comment about having trouble changing gear with your enduro boots on, try moving the gear lever up 1 spline on the gear change shaft or on a big trail bike it might have a threaded bar to alter the gear lever tip hight.

The 1100 has got crazy amount of buttons, million levels of traction control, engine braking etc. I like simplicity therefore went for the 1000 option. But the Adventure Sports (is that correct name?) version looks gorgeous! Shame the bike is so tall! Wow great vid, I like the glamour but it's your off road ability that's the watch. I went to my local Honda dealer and sat on one. I know things are different with covid. The salesperson sat in his seat then when I left he said any good ? I said not for me. He never asked why ? I worked in sales for years and this is a cardinal sin. I'm 174cm and it felt too high and not for me. I've owned a GS with a lower seat which was manageable. You told me there is a lower seat option ! If I go and buy one you should get the sale ! As it is BMW or Triumph might get my money

haha aw thank you. That's pretty miserable sales story to hear, sorry to hear that. I sadly doesn't surprise me. I've walked into a show room before and been faced with the sales guy asking "so if you knew how to ride, which bike would you pick?" Like really? OMG haha. I'd say keep open to the AT, it's awesome! But so is the Tiger and GS lol. So many options

It’s an amazing bike and glad that u loving it... it’s so versatile... got the chubbier sister which is also capable for some decent off-roading... Also impressed how easily u picked up this heavy beauty 👍🏼 Greetings, Jörn

@@TheGirlOnABike Eres lo maximo 😊🌹If the truth is, it is worrying, for us people who are shorter in stature, that's why we have to practice a lot for those moments when you ride a motorcycle that is taller ... I measure 167cm but there we give it with force..
