No we didn’t need to take any test nor were we asked for anything. We did need to show our vaccination certificate to get into some hotel bars and tourist sights though

U need to buy first NOL card. Card cost is 25 Aed (6 Aed card chrges + 19 Aed balance). And then Topup the card as u want.
