She is very sophisticated lady. Foods are exotic yet very rich spicy oily. But this is the need of the cuisine. Biriyani seems to be of Kolkata rather Lucknow. Oudh provide authentic Lucknow biriyani.

authentic Kolkata biryani is offshoot of awadhi biryani. It’s known for its mild and subtle spice. This is exactly what I mentioned in the blog. Potato was introduced by Nawab in Kolkata because potato was exquisite Now if you go to Lucknow and order for biryani, the shopkeeper will tell you this is Pulao, not Biriyani. Lucknow does not consider it as Biriyani, but only pulao.

Just by writing Lucknowi Biryani in the menu does not mean it servers the authentic Lucknowi Biryani. Since you are a food blogger, you should travel to Lucknow and try out in Dastarkhawan or some other restaurant and you can easily make the difference.

Likes and dislikes, are subjective and to me, I will not visit Dastarkhawan to try their Biriyani. There are other better places in Lucknow. I am aware of Lucknow Biriyani rather they call it pulao there. I have travelled to Lucknow and in fact, the Lucknow playlist in this channel do watch that at your convenience.
