The bathroom in both apartments doesn't seem to have doors, and we didn't see the living room of the second unit. The first one is a studio apartment. I love living in tiny space in older homes, so the size doesn't bother me. The neighborhood looks nice.

That's a studio, that pricey for that small place. Wen I lived on my own my rent was 30000 for a house with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen dining room and living room.

Doubt you can find that especially on the coast. Discovery Bay is fast developing so everything is expensive

Hey thanks for tuning in. 35k in my opinion is expensive especially for that studio apartment. You can find better apartments (space wise, etc)for that price. The reason he is charging that high amount is because that area has alot of villas. I will see if we can find more reasonable apartments
