Been a fan for years, but just seeing this now! I think people forget that drums are also in slower songs and it takes just as much energy and grace to play those as the fast songs. You never cease to amaze me Garrett!

Don't know if you gonna see this but this is really incredible! I've been following you for many years and I've been listening to this cover since the day you posted it. Here you can see what really matters - dynamics, touch, flow, feeling etc. This is what jazz music does, it brings out musicality, no drummer would play with dynamics if there wouldn't be jazz. I'm not saying that to say something bad about pop music, 'cause I love pop music but as I said, you couldn't play like this without jazz. I really love your playing. Drums and cymbals sounds amazing, of course the vintage ludwig does an amazing job to make those dynamics bigger and nicer, but anyway this is great! Hope one day you will see this. Have a good one!
