Why don’t people “get” grace? - The Grace Message with Dr. Andrew Farley

Hello, I didn't know how to message you but I have a question for you, would you say that God gives people dreams and visions today or no. I believe he doesn't because many people always quote acts 2:17 but they don't understand the context and the next few verses saying in those last days but before that signs from heaven and earth have to happen first right? Because if dreams are for today how can we know its from God when Satan can disguise himself like the angel of light. I'm trying to figure it out if it is for today or not and I thought maybe u could give me some guidance.

I know you’re asking Andrew, not me, but this is something I’ve spent a lot of time considering. I do believe the Lord gives visions and dreams today. But, not nearly as often as we’re led to believe. Like you mentioned, many are mistaken to be from the Lord when it’s actually from someone’s own mind or a deception from Satan. Or, completely made up by people wanting to look special or seeking attention. On social media, it appears that everyone is getting a “dream from the Lord”….warning Christians that if they’re not trying hard enough to stop sinning, they’ll be left behind when He comes for the Church. Hog wash. God would never give such a message, as it is in complete opposition to the doctrine of Christ. Discernment! 😊
