I have heard that spending time in a swimming pool while pregnant with multiples is very helpful with ligament pain. The weightlessness helps in many ways to relieve stress all over your body. Perhaps you should give that a try if you have these issues this early in your pregnancy. Praying that you carry the babies for at least 36 or 37 weeks without having too many difficulties. Love how supportive your husband is, you are going to be very busy pretty soon.

Another piece of advice that my dr gave me when I was pregnant with twins was to put my feet up at the end of every day. Even if it was for 30 minutes. I never had swollen feet my entire pregnancy and I carried to 37 weeks. I don’t know if it has any actual correlation but it’s worth the shot.

Make sure you take a healthy prenatal, fish oil/aka cod liver oil, and calcium/magnesium with vitamin k2 in it! (If you care about your teeth lol. Megafood has a good prenatal vitamin blend. My advice for potty training. Get rid of the nappy/diaper/pullup and be prepared for accidents for a few days. It will be tough but then it'll click. I gave up a couple of times with my daughter and the next time I pushed on and on day 8 it clicked. She'd just turned 3. I wish I'd pushed sooner.
