But I also enjoy good espresso so I have a nice espresso machine and don’t buy crap beans. I don’t find the dollar menu at McDonald’s to be worthy of comment. And generational wealth both doesn’t work and is a bad idea.

Coffee is actually an appetite suppressant which would cause you to not be hungry in the morning. Also after a heavy meal the body entires a state of “rest and digest” where you become tired and in a resting state.

It could go either way in my personal experience, sugar in your coffee is making you hungrier (triggering that insulin and whatnot), but coffee with stevia for a couple weeks and you're feeling pretty good.

Glad Im not the only one who figured this out. I don't have anything more than a cup of coffee in morning and maybe have a banana for breakfast if I have some available. But that's it. Never felt lethargic ever again.

That's crazy! Why do so many Americans complain they have it rough? No other country on earth have those salaries! In Sweden (which is a first world country) a lineman makes 40k USD/year in a big city. And our housing is more expensive than the states! WTF!

Many schools is Los Angeles had Auto Shop classes and machine shop classes, (jobs that can pay 50-100k in los Angeles) but they have been closed for decades due to "lack of funding" (which is BS because in LA the average school gets $20,000 per student per year)

As someone who watches my calories and what I eat.....I wouldn't say the things he ordered were bad. I would need to know what he actually ordered and what the macro breakdown of his foods were. I mean w/ Chick Fil A if he went with a grilled option vs a fried option, that is a LOT better. He could probably stand to get some more veggie in his diet though for the mico's that veggies provide. The Quest bars give a decent amount of fiber as well as protein for 200 calories or less.

I would not criticize that spending. Maybe a couple things tweaked like actually spending more on food. I never eat breakfast either or I feel horrible for hours. I drink my coffee and sometimes a protein shake and I am good until mid-afternoon.

You want to talk about bad spending. First, normally vacations shouldn't be shown as "an average" week. They should be that time where you relax your spending a bit and then naturally it costs more than an average week. Bad spending. That was when my ex and I went to CA because she wanted to do all the Halloween stuff (queen Mary's, Universal, etc.). Found us a room at the Langham Huntington for $120 a day. Without telling me she upgraded us to a suit without telling me. The cost was almost $1k a night. That is how you fail at vacations, but since he didn't do that - it's so stupid when these shows take the "average" week, when they do something as uncommon as a vacation. (unless you are Kara and Nate)
