All I want to do before I die is visit AU, hang out with the crew at the Grappling Academy for a month or two, train everyday, surf, eat, maybe find me a little Sheila, and grow in spirit and Jiu Jitsu. Coach you're awesome! TY!

Always useful instruction with very clear explanations of the mechanics, rationale, and potential challenges/ errors. You make great BJJ instruction available to everyone with an Internet connection. Thank you!

One thing that's put my ability to finish this through the roof is to drive my hips into the shoulder. Doesn't need to be horrific pressure, just enough to break the structure. Works like magic.

The Grappling Academy your comment regarding it being a go to move resonates. I'm at blue and using it as one of my go to moves. Why did it change for you? Does it lose its effectiveness because it has limitations? Or with constant refinement it keeps its place?
