It’s because smackdown were shafted severely from the draft. They don’t have many world title challengers left to challenge Cody. Raw is way too stacked and you could easily see out its world title picture for the year. That explains why smackdown has eventually gotten lacklustre compared to raw.

About the Rhea-Liv rivalry, I feel like maybe it's not going to be Dom who betrays Rhea, but it will be Finn, the reason is that Liv helped them win the tag titles while Rhea wasn't there, Damien and Rhea has a good relationship and we know that Finn has problems with Damien. And the other thing i noticed is that when Rhea told Dom to not care about Jay, Finn actually told him to find him and beat him up, to go against what Rhea said.
