Georgia state prison is very much tougher to serve time in than Federal prison system would be. These three murderers are in for a rough time in the state system. I can assure anyone who may not be familiar with the difference in these two systems that the federal system is the preferred choice for prisoners. This is precisely why the McMichiels agreed to a plea deal which would allow them to serve their lengthy sentences in federal prison. The judge rejected the guilty plea and forced these killers to stand trial and with the guilty verdict by the jury they will serve their life sentences in the Georgia state prison system where they will be known for the racists that they are. Don't drop the soap!

Its such a disgrace that a mother (and father) have to fight for justice in this way...... when its perfectly clear that the JUSTICE SYSTEM is rotten to the core in Georgia. Her argument might be something like “whatever money they make should go to help “satisfy the judgement.” Lots of folks wouldn’t go that far. Too bad for these 3 P’sOS she would, most likely will, ask that question. If they refuse it’s administrative segregation. If they want federal prison I hear there’s one in Colorado… A SUPERMAX prison…. In the cell 23 hours a day, lights are NOT turned off, no tv, no radio, just a Bible/Koran for reading.., I do believe, even with them behind bars, they’re not through with those 3.. Not by a long shot. The civil suit will not settle OUT OF COURT. I say “yes.”
