I read that there were two brothers from Germany that went into the grocery store business. One was the Traders Joe and the other was Aldis. And the reason Aldis actually have Trader Joe’s products repackaged into Aldis brand wrapping was because the Traders Joe brother would discontinue items that were not hot sellers way before expiration dates and sell it to his brother at a great discount to be sold at Aldis. And that is why Aldis products are made in Germany a lot of the times. And the seasonings are mostly from the Trader Joe’s store. And the brother who owns the Aldis made his store the super saver store that it is he did a lot of research to find out how he could keep cost at the lowest and that’s why they don’t have to pay a lot of workers and they don’t unbox their foods and the quarter in the cart. It all makes sense. So when people think Aldis is generics food it really is not.

Hi Meghan. I was waiting for this video. Your Aldi's had more Valentines than mine. The merchandise usually shows up a week before the holiday. I know Valentines Day isn't technically a holiday, but even Christmas, my Aldi's didn't have things until a week before it. It's very frustrating. Thank you Meghan for sharing❤❤

Your comments make me laugh and I have to admit that your observations of some of these products are observations that I would make as well. I personally love when you check the smells of candles because I will not buy soaps, scent beads nor candles without first smelling them first. I find some seats lovely and others unbearable.
