One thing that a lot of people don't realize is that many 'As Seen on TV' products are actually accessibility devices. The watermelon cutter is perfect for someone who may have issues cutting up a full watermelon due to motor skill or muscle issues. I could see that even working for a lot of people with arthritis. The apple peeler is perfect for someone who can't hold a knife to peel the apples. The handles can be made more accessible with simple solutions like extra padding, and a lot of them can secure well onto the counter for stability. Snuggies are often used with elderly because it allows them freedom while still staying warm, especially since people who are physically weak or dealing with chronic pain may not want to feel tangled in a blanket. (though, I wish the material was nicer as the last Snuggie I used gave me static all the time). The electric jar opener is perfect for anyone with arthritis, chronic pain in their upper limbs, or even people who don't have a lot of physical strength. A lot of goofy products can often be super amazing for people with disabilities or limitations. There are, of course, a lot of products that are truly just gimmicky and meant to please the trendy crowd, but a lot are good for accessibility. 💜

I read it as, "Isn't every morning poop great?" 毎朝 - Every morning プープ - Poopoo 元気 - Can mean healthy, but is often used for "good/great" ですね - roughly translates to "Isn't it" If we take into account Japanese's assumed first person context, it can mean "Every morning, my poop is great, isn't it?" Japanese is a difficult language to translate.

So fun fact, disabilities are what so many of these "as seen on TV" products (ESPECIALLY the Snuggie) are marketed toward. However, there is (or was) a law against making that explicitly clear in the ads because it could possibly count as exploitation of a protected class - or the companies were just ashamed of saying they made things for disabled people, I'm not sure. Either way, it resulted in the ads having to more or less *imply* the target audience rather than state it, which led to all those hilarious moments of people failing basic tasks like sitting down with popcorn or whatever.

Yes!! Lots of those “wtf why would you make this, it’s so lazy” are invaluable for ANYONE with a disability. It tends to take off more and become more available as people without disabilities buy and use them, keeping prices down. (I used to have an “as seen on tv” hyperfixation)

Dan gave the perfect tagline for 10MPH - "It's hard to eat while watching this." which is what I always think when I sit down with my food and look at the thumbnail for this show every monday, then depending on what is happening will watch something else first while eating and then watch haha.

Depends on the person. Some people actually have natural white teeth, others have them yellow. Of course, they get more yellow with less cleaning, sometimes redish and then cavities happen

@@quantumleap1491I believe that while beef is kosher in Judaism there are specific rules that should be followed on the slaughter and preparation of the meat. So if he doesn’t know it was following those rules he wont eat it. (But this is taken from some quick searching online and im sure there’s much more complexity to it)
