I've noticed something with Ormonde, if you approach him straight on to his face, he doesn't bite at you as much. If you approach him from the sides, he will. He doesn't like people coming up on him from the side. Just an observation

The horse is on guard 💂‍♀️ duty as well as the guard. He is letting you know to keep out of his space. He doesn't want to be distracted. The horses are highly trained. The attack is exactly what he is trained to do. To keep him and the guard safe. He is listening and feeling the rains for commands. Do not underestimate the horses . Back of and view at a safe distance.

I hate it when picture hungry tourist crowd the Horses and Guards and then when they get bit look at Guards and Horses like it's their faults
