Looking back, part of my life which busy running out from problems and trying to solve problems by my own strength are the most blurred part of my life i cant remmber much of it nor fond of it. Instead parts of it which i tried to enjoy problems and tawakkul to Allah, is the most ingrained and fondest memories i have ever had. Am 40s now, i tried to enjoy as much as possible every problems He gives to me, i realised it is the most intimate worship i ever had. Allah gives me something only Allah and i understand how profound it is to my life. It's such a precious thing which i can try to ask from others but to no avail. Allah is the only giver whom understand us best.

[𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒔] Anas bin Malik narrated that: the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by a tree with dry leaves, so he struck it with his staff, making the leaves fall. Then he said: “Indeed, ‘all praise is due to Allah, (Al-Ḥamdulillāhh)’ ‘glory to Allah, (Subḥān Allāh)’ ‘none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, (Lā Ilāha Illallāh)’ and ‘Allah is the greatest (Allāhu Akbar)’ cause the sins to fall from the worshipper, just as the leaves of this tree fall.” (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3533 / Hasan)

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,' one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea. Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6405

I love this. However, I have a question. What if for example, you were lazy in school and did not give 100%. Then when you get older you regret it as you feel you could have done better? These explanations always state that you gave 100% the rest is Qadar of Allah. But what if you were not a guided mature human and didn't give 100%?

Assalamualaikum warohmatulloh wabarokaatuh Does this related to one that regretted not being consistent with revising the knowledge he seems enough and thereby not doing excellently in test or exam or we should see this regret as a step stone to ijtihad?

Wa 'alaykum assalam wa rahmatullah wa barakaatuh Rather see this regret as a stepping stone to ijtihad and striving harder May Allah Make it easy May Allah Forgive our mistakes & shortcomings
