I have been having bad thoughts about Allah lately even though I'm trying not to think about it, and I'm afraid that this is his warning for me. May Allah forgive me. :((

Instead of seeing it as a warning, see it as Allah giving you signs to guide you and help you Make Dua to Allah that he gives you good thoughts about him and tawakkul

It could be waswasaa(whispers of the shaitan). If it's waswasa my advice to you would be to ignore them, you should watch sheikh assim as he's experienced in this matter.

I once was angry at Allah for not answering my duas and allowing the people of Gaza to suffer and not answering my duas

Maybe this suffering is increasing their rank in Jannah, and Jannah is eternal, while this suffering is temporary. Allah is The Most Merciful, He will not do injustice to His slaves ever, do not have bad thoughts of Allah and do not display your sins o brother.

Being angry at Allah is kufr. Be cautious and learn knowledge before thinking bad about your Creator.

I struggle with bad thoughts about Allah. My life has always been hard and still is. If He wanted, he would help me, but He doesn’t. It’s hard to think good in some situations.

That's why Allah knows , what you know not. Allah always not Helps His Servants by granting them also preventing them. Because He's Al Hakeem & He's Al Aleem & He's Al Rahman..He's Most Wise & Most Compassionate. He knows what He does & He does whatever He wills only good for His Servants. It's upon adl ( justice & the hikmah)

I'm sorry that you have been having a hard time, please remember Allah sometimes puts His slaves through a hard time in order to forgive them and raise their rank in the akhirah "And Allah knows, and you know not." (2.216) having this thought will motivate you with good thoughts of Allah and help you to be patient, May Allah make it easier for you. Please don't have bad thoughts of Allah, its a trick from shaytan to make you lose the good deeds you get by being patient in difficulty. Remember O brother/sister the world is temporary and Jannah is eternal. May Allah help us to have good thoughts of Him, grant us Jannatul FIrdaus and be pleased with us, and may Allah ease your situation ameen.
