Sh figuarts does not have a Killer B figure, but it'd take a while for someone to make a custom Killer B action figure, like an actual good one

@@jordansmith9630 It's a custom, meaning someone got a pre-existing figure and used a type of mould/putty (Like Aves Apoxie Sculpt) to remake a figure into a character of their liking. Yes, someone can make you an Obito custom, but it is relatively time consuming, which explains the price of most customs ($140+ dollars depending on the customizer)
