There have been so many awesome hacksmith projects that i absolutely loved, but none of them come even anywhere close to the powerloader! But when you started talking about being interested in building the avatar mech, i started to hope that maybe some day you'll have something similar to car collectors, an entire garage filled with different mechs standing next to each other like some special exhibit.

From the successful completion of the power loader, you guys have set your limits right on the skies. So you should be able to undertake even more bigger projects like some half scale S.H.E.L.D Helicarriers.

2:20 plus we can use our muscles to resist gravity without actually bending any joints whereas a machine can only put up resistance by bending joints and relies purely on weight distribution to stay upright.

In buses and some RC cars, the electric motors can resist movement by applying a small voltage in the opposite direction, and work like a brake, so it is possible

1. You need to build a VR world first for having some volunteers to help you with some projects. Even with internet contdol. 2. To make more real life power loaders, you need some industrial machines even on the industrial robots. 3. Will you make a Halo can movie? 4. Which is next on the Halo project, MA-5 or the master chief hud?

In regards to moving it, I don’t think you would need to get a a full blown roll back flatbed to move it (as well as a CDL to drive it). Call the Power Loader itself 11k lbs and a trailer actually heavy enough to move it 4k lbs, you’re looking at 15k which is within the towing capacity for most 3/4 ton (F250/2500) trucks, and definitely within what 1 ton trucks can do.

Also, rather than making attachments you have to swap out for the grippers, make the attachments in the form of tools it can pick up with its grippers & use. A set of fork lift forks on a frame that the power loader picks up by sliding its grippers into twin box sections would work just as well as forks you have to switch out with the grippers, & you lose the flexibility of being able to switch from attachment to attachment swiftly & easily...
