Yep, my Mom died at only 49 years old from ovarian cancer. The doctor said that if they didn't call her with the test results then it meant that it was just scar tissue from her partial hysterictomy. The doctor nor any of the nurses ever saw her test results until she returned 3 months later with more problems. The results got lost in a file that they found when she returned and it said, ovarian cancer. By that time the tumor had tripled in size to involve her decending colon and lower intestines. She passed a year and a half later after fighting the good fight. Anyway, nope, I never trust if they say not to worry if not called and I also make sure I call to get test results and have them sent to me in the mail as well. Always! About anything. You have to be your own health advocate.

I’m worried for this lady. First Miss Carla does a beautiful job with these lovely ladies. But Areata Alopecia isn’t common and doesn’t appear like some of these ladies including Jada Pinkett Smith. Every time Miss C explains to this particular client how it’s going to work, she still wants what she wants regardless, like blonde on damaged hair. We (ladies) kill our follicles and cause traumatic alopecia, which is a lot easier to come to grips with. If you can say "I have a medical condition or it’s genetic", it’s easy than to admit to yourself, that you alone caused your hair to fall out because that’s a gigantic pill to swallow.

Wow, She looks amazing! If she hasn't already, have her get a blood work up from her GP. Make sure nothing is out of whack. I wish I had a lot earlier. I was going to a dermatologist. He was treating the symptom. Not the problem. The very treatment for the symptom was making the problem even worse and jeopardized my health to the point I went on the liver transplant list. Now that im getting the right treatment, I feel so much better.

Too be honest she needs to search for a Black Specialist that treats Hair /Skin blood work and biopsy. It’s so frustrating that a lot of Dermatologist that have limited knowledge on Black Hair and Skin. I wish her well, study up on the Specialist.🙏🏽👸🏽

I can definitely see some hair growth in the areas where she has hair. Drinking a lot of water helps. Women go through a lot during the menopause years. She will be ok. Still beautiful. Apple cider vinegar & water, lemon & water, vitamins, and vitamin d (5,000 iu per day). She should get some type of braids or wear wigs so that she can moisturize her hair and scalp. Dry hair breaks and will not grow.

Hello. Yes I’m not a dermatologist or a trichologist but I have learned where the scalp is smooth to the touch, that means there is no hair follicles in that area and that means hair cannot grow where the hair follicles are absent. So I recommend to just mask it with whatever style you want.

Listen to what Carla said! The doctor told her client, that she does not have any hair follicles in the hairlos( I think that is not written correctly ) area. Without follicles, no hair growth . My opinion.

Exactly, trying to grow hair without follicles is like trying to grow flowers, grass, fruits or vegetables without seeds. So apple cider vinegar and other potions are not going to help. What’s going to help is her already being a beautiful Queen, and having Queens like Carla work their talents❤️
